The bedroom included a nespresso machine. I also found a kettle, a mini fridge, and an ironing board with an iron. Room service meal arrived quickly and it was delicious. (I was quite hungry after a long day of travel.)
The reception staff did not pre-authorise my card upon check-in. This caused some problems charging drinks to my room later. My classic twin room was dark, also it had only one sitting chair. The desk space was impractical, i think.

My room got TOO warm, and I could not adjust the temperature. staff did bring a fan, which helped a little bit. i also had trouble getting the water temperature in the shower just right. It went from cold to scalding very quickly.

the location was central. I really appreciated how close it was to many attractions and public transport. the superior twin room was clean, and the beds were particularly comfortable. the room size was adequate for my needs and the amenities were modern.
the car park was not easy to locate. Access was difficult, ESPECIALLY at night. the family swim hours at the pool were restrictive. i wish they had provided more options and better information.

solid porridge
I stayed in a room that was far from quiet. the lack of soundproofing resulted in a very bad night's sleep. breakfast was also disappointing. There were limited coffee options and the porridge was a solid, unappetizing mass. this was not the restful experience i expected.
